The Association of Compliance Organisations
The Association of Compliance Organisations (ASCOR) is a group of UK compliance organisations set up to protect non permanent UK workers such as agency staff, gig workers, zero hours, and other forms of modern employment. The association aims to review trends, share intelligence, develop best practice, and support the raising of standards in the flexible labour market.

Protecting Workers' Rights
ASCOR are supported by a number of organisations protecting gig, agency, and zero hour workers' rights. Workers can get advice on this site on where to get additional help and support. Your Experiences in the Sector
We are always keen to hear from people engaged in the temporary labour market to let us know the realities of working in this market in the modern world of work. This helps us focus our time on changes and development to help improve the experience of those working in the labour supply chain. |
Raising Standards
One of ASCOR's primary aims is to support the raising of standards across the labour supply chain. Sharing Intelligence
A key reason for bringing Compliance Organisations in the sector together is to discuss trends, intelligence, and relevant information relating to the sector. In this way we can ensure stakeholders are engaged and aware of relevant information. |
